Host Brent Maguire starts the episode off by talking about the disturbing news from The Athletic about Angels pitching coach Mickey Callaway's "lewd allegations" and the subsequent suspension. Brent then dives into the news about the trade for Alex Cobb.

The remainder of the episode is a discussion Brent had with Maria Torres of the Los Angeles Times about the state of the Angels club. For what it's worth, Brent and Maria had this discussion before the Callaway news so this was not touched on in their discussion.
