From the age of 10 Megan Judge battled eating disorders. During this time she often used running as a way to control her weight, however, when she plummeted to only 5st and was told running might cause a heart attack she knew something had to change. She was told that she would never run again and yet it was running that ended up saving her. With an impressive number of marathons, half marathons, 5k and 10 ks under her belt Megan talks us through exactly how running has motivated her to stay healthy and resulted in her recovery, a career as a PT and reflexologist and member of the Brooks Run Happy team (among other run Clubs!).
