The St. Louis Cardinals lost 4-3 to the Milwaukee Brewers tonight, and it was in large part due to the team not executing the little things. They gave the Brewers a few extra outs early that led to some runs, plus the offense stranded 11 runners on base and hit 1-6 with RISP. While the offense did prove Josh Hader is human, they were unable to score any runs off of him in the 9th. All in all, it's a tough loss to swallow but the focus must move to winning two of the next three at home. (Also, Paul Goldschmidt is on another level right now). WANT MORE DAILY ST.
