Liam Hendriks continued to be a force both on and off the field for the Chicago White Sox in 2022. Hendriks came to the White Sox in January of 2021. It was a huge off-season move for the White Sox as they prepared to transition from 'rebuild' mode to 'win now' mode. Hendriks was an All-Star in 2021 and won the AL Reliver of the Year award. Hendriks offers no shortage of emotion and passion when he's on the mound. He's got electric stuff and was once again an All-Star for the White Sox in 2022. An injury sidelined him for three weeks in June and limited his ability to pitch more than one inning at a time down the stretch. Hendriks is hoping a normal off-season will help him get healthy and perhaps get him back to his 2021 form. Hendriks is a fan favorite and vocal leader for the White Sox. He did not mince words in regards to the White Sox shortcomings this past season. Hopefully he gets healthy and his ready to contribute in 2023.
