Submit Review- 25 years as a law enforcement officer - Royal Canadian Mounted Police - Had PTSD but didn't know it till I did research regarding mentoring and mental health - Grandfather suffered from mental health challenges and took his own life - as a result, I did not get the time with him that I would like to have had. - Realized that relationships were important to me and hence my starting a business focused on mentoring. - Relationship with my father was challenging - Asked for his forgiveness as he was on his death bed and never got it - how that impacted me - guidance for others - Wrote "The Gift of Mentoring" and published it in 2014 - Working on a book that speaks to mentoring and mental health - Recognized the need for an independent body to certify mentors - two journeys that have been explored - Working with International Mentoring Community to certify mentors as competent
