Frank King, The Mental Health Comedian, was a writer for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno for over twenty years. Today, he uses comedy and personal life lessons to help engage with those struggling with mental and emotional stability and create a pool of common knowledge.

Frank speaks about depression, suicide and mental health in a serious but approachable way. Depression and suicide run in his family and Frank himself has fought a lifetime battle with depression and thought about ending his life on several occasions. These experiences led to his TED Talk, A Matter of Laugh or Death, and to him sharing his insights on mental and emotional health awareness.

Frank now travels the world speaking on mental health and suicide prevention issues, using hhis life lessons and background to give a voice to those who need it. His mission is to end the stigma surrounding mental health, and influence the general public to start the conversation. You can get in touch with Frank at:
