Viral is a podcast series looking at the spread of COVID - 19,  as it continues to affect Ireland and the International World in growing capacity. 

Last week the Irish Government set guidelines for how funeral services should take place, while still adhering social-distancing restrictions during the COVID - 19 crisis. Episode 14 of the podcast looks at what complications might take place by changing the ways to honour the dead, to adhere to new measures. 

Professor Salvador Ryan who is one of Ireland's foremost experts in  the traditions surrounding death and loss is joined by Orla Keegan – Head of Education and Bereavement Services at The Irish Hospice Foundation to give their opinion on grief and the tradition of death in Ireland. 

The Sun’s Digital Political Editor Natasha Clark also joins live from London sharing the latest news surrounding Boris Johnson’s health, as news circulated on Monday night that he had been admitted to ICU in Thomas’ Hospital.
