Going to the cinema is an outing many people don't think twice about. But for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing, there are barriers preventing that enjoyment.

A group is taking Hoyts Cinemas to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for 100 per cent open captions throughout their showings in the state.
