Her roles ranged from leading large, international commercial regions and country operations, to heading strategic functions and franchises globally,

Alison leverages her business and leadership experience-- in combination with her coaching skills-- to support senior executives and high potential individuals as they seek to maximize their impact and grow in responsibility, all while facing the complexity and uncertainties of today’s environment. She works 1 to 1 with coaching clients across a variety of industries.

Alison is a graduate of Yale University, received her MBA from Dartmouth and her coaching certification from the University of Miami of Florida.
