Kelsey Ko is a Korean-American psychology graduate student, former educator, and writer living in Baltimore. The pursuit of collective liberation, healing, and human connection guides her work. During her time as an English teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools, she strove to center social-emotional learning and trauma-informed practices in the classroom and to also help future generations tap into their own creative potential. She has also advocated for policy issues impacting students, such as digital equity, with Baltimoreans for Educational Equity. Kelsey's writing and work has been featured in The Atlantic, Baltimore Magazine, and Maryland Matters.
