The series opens with a minute-by-minute account of what happened on a snowy night in January of 1988. We’ll hear from the first civilians on the scene; what they experienced and how it affected them. We’ll also learn a little about Jefferson Township, the small New Jersey community that was shattered by a night of horrific violence... only made worse as the investigation unfolded.
