Strickland's penchant for exploring unique scenarios continues with this more expansive story about a sexy "artery red" dress bought by Sheila, a lonely, recently divorced middle-aged London bank clerk, at Dentley & Soper, a bizarre department store that may be selling haunted wares during the rush of its January sales. What Sheila doesn't know is that the cost of the dress is more than just the money she paid for it.
