Submit ReviewIn this episode of the HR Leaders podcast I'm joined by John Ferguson to discuss how to use the 'power of yet' to encourage learning and growth at work. We also discuss how to build transparent relationships in the workplace and the biggest challenges John has faced as a CHRO.
John Ferguson currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for NASCAR, the American Auto Racing sanctioning and operating company that is best known for stock car racing. Before Nascar, John served in HR roles at Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) in Washington, D.C. and most recently as Vice President of People & Culture.
