In this episode, Rachel is approaching a heavy day. Five years ago, she spent Envision Festival with her best friend. She didn’t know it then, but it was the last time she would see her - she past away a few days after. Now, Rachel is at Envision Festival again after giving birth to Luna and heavy feelings are still being stirred up. She shares the story of this day of mourning and the mysterious synchronicity around Luna’s birth and her return to Costa Rica this year that gave meaning to it all.  When we lose a big love in our life we have to remember: we were so lucky to experience a love that deep. We had something that cracked our hearts open, gave us so much, and still gives us lessons each and every day. We may never fully heal, but this episode will cement your faith in the notion that the loved ones we’ve lost are never too far away.
