In this episode of the HR Leaders podcast, I'm joined by Alban Jacquin, Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Schneider Electric. He joined us to discuss how to bring DE&I and well-being closer together, having courageous conversations and tackling systemic biases, and measuring progress in company culture beyond the numbers.

Alban joined Schneider Electric in 2006 as corporate communication manager. In 2008, he joined the Global Marketing dept. and managed the CEO speaking opportunities. In 2010, he joined the sustainable development dept. and supported the deployment of best-in-class corporate social responsibility policy. In 2014, he moved to the US and became Learners’ experience lead, aiming to make learning fun, intuitive, and customized to support people’s development. He is passionate about simplifying things, making an impact on people’s lives, and sustainable development.
