College athletics have seen quite the transition over the last handful of years thanks to the NCAA Transfer Portal, the resurgence of some programs, and more than anything else the rise of NIL. We've seen programs like USC and Texas return to form thanks to NIL and others like Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, and Ohio State remain dominant from the same source.
