When people mention grief the first thing that comes to mind is the loss of a loved one, right? But what about griveing the old version of yourself? Relationship changes? Or the loss of something special?

This week we are joined by a close friend, host of It's About DAMN Time Podcast & Podcast Producer, Mr.Jarratt DAMN. Jarratt joins us to share his grief journey as a result of losing his father in November 2022. We also get into the realness of grieving free time as adults and relationship changes with friends.
