We were all this together when we were dieting, and now we’re all in this together when it comes to staying home and stopping the spread of COVID-19.

This week, we’re starting to get used to our new life of quarantining ourselves and keeping ourselves separated from others. There’s a little bit of stress eating popping up in our lives, as well, but we try to keep the mood up in this episode!

  • Emily has started streaming her work on Twitch (in fact, she’s streaming right now while writing notes!)
  • Have you found you need more breaks from your phone lately?
  • John refused to go to the doctor’s office and is really taking this seriously! Good for him!
  • GRATITUDE IS THE ATTITUDE!
  • Years ago, both of us would have eaten all the crap and been fine. But NO! We wanted to get healthy.
  • Emily has been working on lowering her expectations of other people, as well as herself right now.
  • We’re all in this together (but #HateToWeightDidItFirst).
