Submit ReviewThe Opposition leader yesterday rejected a motion from the PM - commemorating the anniversary of the October 7 attack. Minister for Finance, Katy Gallagher says there was an "extensive dialogue" to try and find a bi-partisan position, and it's regrettable that the Opposition wasn't able to come to the table.
Minister Gallagher says she believes the motion "reflects the [position of the] majority of Australian people" - and not be pulled into the "politics of division on either side of us".
