Have you been getting enough sun in your life lately? I would bet probably not as much as you normally would but that's going to change after this episode because I talk about the benefits of the golden sun.

The sun will nourish you on all fronts. That fireball in the sky truly is astounding. And if you don't have a lot of time to spend outdoors on warm spring and summer days, then just grab a bit of time, 15-20 minutes during lunch, or take a quick walk with Fido in the early morning or late afternoon. 

Did you know that the sun also produces good old vitamin D and it has a variety of health benefits that you can also get as a supplement? If you are that busy person that can't spend the time outdoors to get this wonderful miracle of life then I have great news for you here as well.

And, of course, the episode wouldn't be complete without my very own cautionary tale about the sun because May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month.

I wrap the episode by pivoting a bit but not to worry. I will end the episode on a sunny note.
