In this episode, I’m talking with my friend Jessica Cording - a registered dietician, health coach and writer. We had a whole list of things to talk about and then the night before the podcast we pivoted to talk about (among other things) cyber bullying in the world of wellness (and how it impacts us as helpers), the stigma around speaking out against intuitive eating, being conditioned by diet culture to doubt our choices, and finding our own voice and path when it comes to a relationship with food.

Jessica Cording, MS, RD, CDN, INHC is a registered dietitian, health coach, and writer with a passion for helping people streamline their wellness routine and establish a balanced relationship with food and exercise. She is the author of The Little Book of Game-Changers: 50 Healthy Habits For Managing Stress & Anxiety (Viva Editions). She also runs the Drama-Free Healthy Living podcast and records guided meditations for Simple Habit. Cording is a part of the mindbodygreen Collective and a frequent contributor to various media outlets.

If you want to know more about Jess - like what she eats and her love of oracle cards - you can follow her on Instagram, Facebook, and check out her website. Jessica also hosts a fab podcast: Drama Free Healthy Living.

I’m also obsessed with knowing all about you, so please follow (and DM!)  me on Instagram, Facebook and my website. We’re in this together and the journey is going to be so awesome.
