Finding Felicity is a podcast where Pomonok Entertainment’s Teresa Jusino, a Felicity newbie, chats with rotating guest co-hosts who are already Felicity fans to talk about life, love, and growing up – no matter how old you are – through the lens of this coming-of-age television drama created by J.J. Abrams and Matt Reeves.
Episode 18 of Finding Felicity is called ‘Happy Birthday’ (Or, ‘This Is Some Bullsh*t’), because Carol actually being Julie’s mom? Even after she lied to her face and told her she was not her mom, and we were all okay with that? That’s some straight-up bullsh*t.
Teresa is joined in the Fanbase Press studio by producer extraordinaire, David Schatanoff Jr. (you might remember him
from Episode Nine) who, after celebrating “Thanksgiving” with us returns for Julie’s birthday. In this episode, David and Teresa talk about the ridiculousness (and slight evil?) of Julie’s mom, Ben’s budding gambling addiction, and the many ways in which our families – much like Megan’s parents – give a new insight into our lives when seen out of context.
PLEASE NOTE: For the first 4-5 mins of this episode, there was an unforeseen issue with our guest mic, so Dave’s voice sounds really low compared to Teresa’s. You’ll have to turn your volume up. But after that, his mic kicks in, and it’s absolutely normal for the rest of the podcast. Apologies for the technical glitch.

This week’s listener question: Tell us about your unlikely friendships! Megan and Felicity have started to become unlikely allies (and maybe even friends?). Is there someone in your life that you consider a friend now that you never would’ve thought you would’ve been friends with when you first met? Is there a Megan to your Felicity, or a Felicity to your Megan?
