This week we are joined by special guest, Sally Hallada to talk about a couple of Christmas classics. First we finally get to a classic that Nick hasn’t seen when we discuss, It’s a Wonderful Life (1946). Sally and Joe were already admirers of the film and Nick was taken with it after his first viewing. Then we discuss a perfect Christmas companion with a discussion of The Bishop’s Wife (1947). The story of a Bishop that asks for his prayers to be answered and what he gets is not exactly what he had hoped for.

Next we add to the ever growing list of films that we are embarrassed we have never seen. Sally has a relatively new film that she had never caught up with, Joe has a classic western and Nick has another Christmas classic in mind.

Then we look ahead at our next show and it’s a perfect time to look back at the movies we liked the most with our personal Top 5 lists from the LWAF films of 2018.
