Melanie Millner was born in New York and spent the formative years of her life on Long Island and in the Northeast.  Her family then moved to Texas where she attended The University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 1990 with a degree in Interior Design.  Upon graduation, she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and worked for an architectural firm until she gained the experience needed to start her own interiors firm, which she founded in 1993. With a focus on residential and boutique commercial spaces, Melanie has acquired residential clients all over the country, including Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Maine, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia.  She has also successfully completed corporate spaces in Atlanta, Mexico, United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong and China. With her creative and sophisticated approach to design, Melanie's loyal client base continues to tap into her vision for beautifully executed spaces that live as well as they feel. Her projects have been featured in Interior Design Magazine, Atlanta Homes Lifestyle magazine, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, Better Homes Gardens Special Interest Publications "Home Planning Ideas", "Window and Wall Ideas", "Kids Rooms" and The Atlanta Business Chronicle. She has been a designer for the Atlanta Symphony's Decorator Showhouse in 1999, 2000, 2005 2012, the Alliance Children's Theatre Guild Christmas Showhouse in 2003, the Atlanta Homes Lifestyles Serenbe Showhouse in 2014 and the Atlanta Homes Lifestyle Home for the Holidays Showhouse in 2015 and 2016.  She has received numerous ASID Design Excellence awards from and is a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Georgia.
