Episode 53 of The JamBase Podcast, a member of the Osiris podcast network, features an interview with Yonder Mountain String Band guitarist Adam Aijala. Adam spoke with JamBase's Scott Bernstein for a "The Art Of The Sit-In" segment before Yonder's recent show at Brooklyn Bowl in New York City. After a brief intro, Adam and Scotty start "The Art Of The Sit-In" by discussing Yonder Mountain String Band's Winter 2019 Tour with Handmade Moments. Aijala explains how the band's nightly collaborations came together and the methods used to pick the songs they covered and arrange them. The guitarist then shares his experience at the recent all-star tribute to the late Jeff Austin.
