At Twyla, we make it possible for everyone to directly access exclusive artwork from the most talked about artists in the game. We find the best artists and then take damn good care of them. They are the reason why we exist, so it’s only right. We’re dedicated to paying our artists fairly and making sure they have what they need to be the creatives they are.  Twyla has partnered with over 70 top contemporary artists, and counting. Each artist is personally selected by our team of curators for their unique body of work. Check out TWYLA's Website here Tracey Overbeck Stead Award-winning Interior Designer, Tracey Overbeck Stead, is an Austin-based designer with a global vision.  Classically trained, she earned her B. S. in Interior Design from the University of Texas at Austin.  Upon graduating, Tracey began her career at the prestigious 100 year-old firm in Austin, Page Southerland Page.  At PSP, she represented the interior design interests of the firm within large commercial design project teams.  Her contributions include providing interior direction for the award winning Terrace office buildings, designed by renowned architect Lawrence Speck, and the University of Texas psychology building, designed by internationally recognized firm, architects Cesar Pelli Associates.   Always driven by an entrepreneurial spark, Tracey opened her own design firm in 1996.  Over the past 20 years, Tracey and her firm have created award-winning interiors for a global list of clients.  As an Interior Designer who is Board Licensed, certified, and registered to practice Interior Design by the State of Texas, she is qualified to handle most scopes of work ranging from intimate residential settings to large-scale commercial designs.  Her firm collaborates easily and has worked with the majority of Austin’s award winning architects — bridging their vision with her firm’s client focus to realize a breadth of timeless interiors.   Tracey’s Approach to design is founded on strong client relationships allowing her to draw out and articulate each client’s unique style.  You will recognize a Tracey Overbeck Stead interior as a polished mirror of her client’s innate design sense, crafting beautiful, fresh, timeless environments.  Through her design process she draws from her broad background both in design and life experiences.   A 4th generation Austinite, Tracey has deep roots in Austin and strong connections to the local design build community.  Through her travels, Tracey draws inspiration from the minimalism of High Modernism, the playful qualities of Japanese Pop-Art, the timeless elegance of French Antiques, and the serenity of a seaside vista.  She loves to stay on the cutting-edge of design by constantly seeking new materials, products, literature, and innovative ways of shaping he clients’ lifestyles.  Frequenting design trade shows such as the ICFF and Neocon also keeps her connected to the most contemporary of scenes.   As a frequent guest lecturer of the University of Texas, Tracey seeks to give back to the program that laid the foundation for her design passion.   She participates in the American Society of Interior Design (ASID) Mentorship program.  Her firm continues to be connected to her community through charitable design outreach.
