In the weather community, we often talk about vulnerable populations and strive for inclusion of all people. We're joined by Matt Bolton, an undergraduate student at St. Leo University, who has done incredible work relating to this important topic. Matt's work is diverse, and one area he looks into is Autism Spectrum Condition and how it relates to meteorology. Matt shares his insights from his research and experiences in hopes that we can all be more aware and understanding of those who are autistic or who may have autism.
