Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Ivonne Ronderos grew up in the States, and the combination of the two cultures, which molded her youth, has given her an appreciation for the diversity in imageries of texture, art, shape and form. “I love to work with clients to develop their vision while striving to surpass their expectations. Taking an empty space, and drawing from the specific needs of our clients to create a concept, inexplicably results in a welcoming feel with purpose and style”.   Growing up, Ivonne Ronderos was surrounded by women in her family, who themselves were artists and active in their own business ventures so the ‘take charge’ attitude comes quite easily to her. “My home was filled with beautiful art, cozy sitting rooms and exotic plants that permeated the spaces in-between. So, I always looked at nature and my surroundings, seeking the harmony of it all.”   It became an easy transformation to bridge her personal experiences to create a creative firm focused in residential interior design, DKOR Interiors in Miami, which has been in operation for 13 years.   DKOR Interiors is among the top residential interior design firms with projects internationally and concentrated in the South Florida region.
