It's my first guest from Scotland! Anna Blackwell of Blackwell Games joins me to talk about some of her favorite fandoms!

First discovering Anna's work via a Kickstarter that had been shared on Twitter (go buy a copy of Apothecaria!), we start things off with talking about Sci-Fi and Fantasy books. We talk about what appeals to her with these books, and we delve into Terry Pratchett's Discworld series specifically.

From there, Anna talks about her passion for video games. A passion that led her to start university with video games as a goal. We talk about how that changed and shifted, her video game reviews, and some of her favorite games (Mario Party & Rimworld).

Then we get into the back half of the episode, which focuses on Tabletop Roleplaying Games. Anna talks about how she first got into TTRPG's, what games she's played, and what she is drawn to. We also talk about how she got into TTRPG game design. From her first game she made, to having several successful Kickstarter's for more, and what she continues to create. This is seriously a great conversation and one that you should listen to if you're in the TTRPG space.
