It took us 25 episodes, but we finally got around to creating an episode with our first interviewee! We are so excited to chat with registered psychologist, Nicole Perry. Nicole is a sought-out feminist therapist in Edmonton, Alberta who specializes in working with clients on boundaries, shame, and resilience. She discusses the role of values in setting boundaries, why listening to boundaries is tough (especially for women), and how we can all start doing a better job of honouring our boundaries. There are so many gems we took from our time with Nicole – this is an episode you’ll definitely want to tune into!  Nicole’s website
