Anita speaks with Eric about how she got started in cooking, working at Café Annie, opening Indika, advocating for people to move away from meat, opening Pondicheri, their pastry program, operating during the pandemic, whether there are any expansion plans for Pondicheri, aspirations, and whether Anita has thought about the possibility of winning the James Beard award for Best Chef Texas.
