Welcome to Episode 13 of the podcast!
I attended the Introduction to BBQ Class in Edmonton, presented by Motley Que Barbecue and Cornerstone BBQ. This was a great class for newcomers to backyard barbecue and those with a bit of experience looking to add to their skill set. Joe & Jess from Motley Que and Matt from Cornerstone are experienced barbecue cooks with lots of restaurant, catering and competition experience.
Give them a follow on social media and stay tuned for more classes in the future. They both also sell rubs and sauces, so check them out.
Motley Que is also looking for competition sponsors and offer some great catering deals to companies interested in sponsoring them.
The class was held at the very cool Why Not Café & Bar. Pay them a visit at 8534 109 Street in Edmonton, online at
