True Lies

 True Lies is one of the last big blockbusters of the Arnold Schwarzenegger era and should be considered one of the best box office popcorn flicks ever. Unfortunately, True Lies has been largely absent from home media sales since 1999 and only sparsely added to streaming services since their inception. Because if it’s elusiveness, True Lies isn’t revisited or discussed nearly as much as it should be, even though it’s still well known and regarded as one of the 90s biggest hits.

 As the youngins say, this film slaps! An interesting collaboration between Cameron and Schwarzenegger, as True Lies separates itself from their Terminator films with levity and wit, but still celebrates the amazing practical effects and god-tier action filmmaking from Cameron and Schwarzenegger’s precious two films. Join Wes and Spencer as they review the somewhat forgotten, True Lies.
