A new episode of The DFO Rundown is here. Jason and Frank started off the show by talking about just how odd the lack of a playoff race in the Eastern Conference is. Gregor had some numbers to show how unique the gap is between the haves and the have nots. They also hit on the Evander Kane situation and what kind of suspension he could face. The All-Star Game rosters got announced yesterday as well, so that was a topic of conversation, even if Frank doesn't love it. Tyler Yaremchuk also popped in for a new round of Buy or Sell!

They also welcomed in Tyler Smith, one of the surviving member of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash, who talked about his journey and some mental health initiatives that he's started.
