The guys start off by talking about Jody's long term running goals and come to some interesting conclusions.

It's a fairly running-heavy podcast today (sorry!) as they talk about David's experience of Questars and his own personal quest of trying to get Jody to ride a bike in a race. The OMM also features and David talks us through the gorgeous views, his excellent map work, and once again our favourite triathlete features fairly heavily.
