Over the last five and half year's, I've published nearly 120 hours of podcast content, and I've always been very frustrated that there hasn't been a more effective way to search the archive for specific topics. Well as of now that's all changed with the launch of the new recruitingfuture.com website. I know that the vast majority of you subscribe to the show in your podcasting app of choice or via Spotify and that is still the best way to make sure you're up to date with all the latest content. However, if you want to search the back catalogue for interviews on specific topics including recruiting automation, employer branding, recruitment marketing, recruiting technology and talent acquisition strategy, then it is now super easy to do that on the website at www.recruitingfuture.com. So on with the show and something a bit different this week. I'm delighted to welcome back the brilliant John Vlastelica from Recruiting Toolbox, but this time rather than me interviewing him he is interviewing me. In the interview, we discuss: • Recruiting automation • A new model for recruitment marketing • The evolution of talent acquisition • Talent acquisition leadership • The importance of specialisation • The role of the recruiter in the future • Candidate experience Here are the podcast episodes I reference in the conversation: Accelerated Change The Realities of Recruiting Automation Programmatic Advertising Explained Solving Challenges with Technology Inbound Recruiting Responding to a Changing Talent Market Is Assessment Technology Working The Digital Transformation of Assessment Rebel Talent Rebel Ideas Talent for Digital Transformation CEOs and Talent Acquisition Design Thinking Data-Driven Candidate Experience   Subscribe to this podcast in Apple Podcasts
