Ben Greenfield has become one of the leading voices in the movement to reach the peak performance in body and brain.

A former bodybuilder and Spartan athlete, Ben is now an established expert and coach with a huge global audience of followers who look to his in-depth advice for guidance. So kind of like the opposite of BBR.

He's also author of the New York Times bestselling book, “Beyond Training: Mastering Endurance, Health and Life”.

Oh, and of course he has his own podcast Ben Greenfield Fitness, again which is the antithesis of everything BBR - professional, organised and knowledgeable. 

In this episode, David grills Ben across a range of subjects and gets answers on how to improve the range of human performance both physically and mentally.
