In this episode, Allie talks about her race experience leading an all-female running squad across Scotland from Fort William to Inverness. Ali reveals the thinking behind putting together this group and the opportunity it gave to have a completely different race experience for the women involved.  As per Allie, it was an epic event and one of the big things from this chat with David is she reveals the difference between running in a mixed race.

Those differences were starkly exposed when Allie talks about her Piece of String race experience. The Piece of String race is more of a mental as well as physical challenge with the competitors unaware of total race distance which is kept secret by Centurion.

Eye-opening!

Plus all the usual rubbish from Jody and David before and after. :)

Enjoy!
