Greg Whyte is a sports scientist and trainer who has become best-known for helping hapless celebrities overcome insanely difficult physical and endurance challenge in the name of charity.

But before all his work with the likes of Eddie Izzard (yep, him), David Walliams and Davina McCall - to name just a few - on Comic Relief, Greg was an accomplished athlete and Olympian in modern pentathlon.
