Zo is in the famed Chinatown area of Los Angeles enjoying the sights, the sounds and, as it turns out, a bunch of commotion. Zo loves a good martial arts bout just like everyone else, but does a kung fu fight have to break out at the Chinese restaurant where he's at trying to enjoy egg fu young? It seems as though a well dressed Chinese man and a tall, lanky, goofy looking African American are in a full-on Hong Kong film fight with a bunch of unruly Chinese gangsters. At some point the tall goofy one, who's been talking non-stop during the fight, screams out "LAPD!," so these are supposed to be the cops? Instead of law and order they're causing an unacceptable amount of chaos smashing dishes, overturning tables and generally upsetting customers. Bumper to bumper traffic and kung fu fights . . . is Rush Hour always like this?
