Submit ReviewZo has a met up with a Navy friend of his who happened to be a submarine officer. Zo's Navy friend was all shook up as there where a lot of things that happened on the sub that had him questioning whether or not he should resign his commission. In the conversation the young officer revealed things that happened that were probably classified top secret. The friend talked about that they almost fired nuclear missiles and almost started a nuclear war and that it was only the intervention of the very cautious XO that prevented the launch. This intervention lead to an argument between the XO and the Captain of the boat, the XO forcefully relieving the Captain of being in command of the boat, and most damning, the mutiny of the crew. Zo asked his friend if the friend sided with the XO or the Captain. The friend didn't want to say, but would only comment that the whole incident felt like the coming of . . . a Crimson Tide.

Zo was invited by his friends in Chicago to attend a live boxing match. He declined not wanting to deal with the traffic. He later learned that there would've been more than just traffic to deal with. Besides getting stuck in the aforementioned traffic and getting into a fender bender in their borrowed RV trying to get out of that bumper to bumper headache, Zo's friends also got lost in the city taking an unfamiliar route to the stadium, accidently hit a pedestrian with the RV, got the RV banged up and stuck in a narrow alley, witnessed the murder of that same pedestrian by some gangsters, and spent most of their night running for their lives from those psychopathic killers! It seemed like the kind of tribulations that people would have to deal with on Judgement Day. Zo didn't know if he would've survived his friends' Judgement Night

Zo is in the famed Chinatown area of Los Angeles enjoying the sights, the sounds and, as it turns out, a bunch of commotion. Zo loves a good martial arts bout just like everyone else, but does a kung fu fight have to break out at the Chinese restaurant where he's at trying to enjoy egg fu young? It seems as though a well dressed Chinese man and a tall, lanky, goofy looking African American are in a full-on Hong Kong film fight with a bunch of unruly Chinese gangsters. At some point the tall goofy one, who's been talking non-stop during the fight, screams out "LAPD!," so these are supposed to be the cops? Instead of law and order they're causing an unacceptable amount of chaos smashing dishes, overturning tables and generally upsetting customers. Bumper to bumper traffic and kung fu fights . . . is Rush Hour always like this?

Zo goes on an ocean cruise. The voyage turns out to be longer than he expected. In fact, he finds out that he's at a time and place where this particular sea voyage will come to an end sometime in the middle of Neveruary. Being on a permanent tour on the ocean has it's perks, like, being so adjusted to boating life that one never gets sea sick. Then there are the downsides like constantly being harassed by pirates, being cheated by men drifting in the open ocean, horrifying mutated sea monsters, and never seeing the site of dry land again. Zo had heard a lot of strange tales while on this trip such as the story of The Mariner who had gills behind his ears so that he could breath underwater and that he was traveling with a woman and a special child who had a tattoo of where dry land could be found. On the one hand, Zo is tempted to find this Mariner and follow him and his companions to there destination. On the other hand, Zo had heard that this Mariner is being hounded by a group of ornery Smokers. Ain't nobody got time to be dealin' with no Smokers, man! Might as well sit back, relax and enjoy the Waterworld.

Zo is eager to enjoy a nice day at the beach. He is looking forward to the pristine blue waters of the Atlantic at one of the beautifully maintained French beaches. Unfortunately, fate has twisted this peaceful dream into a Hellish nightmare as he finds himself as a soldier ready to assault the heavily armed and armored beach that's zealously defended by enemy Nazi soldiers. The chances of him surviving this assault is near zero. Men are being made into bloody Swiss cheese even before they're able to exit the landing craft and get onto the beach. There's no cover and the only way to go is forward. Forward into the unforgiving machine gun fire. All around him men scream for their mamas. Forward. Men are cut to pieces right next to him. Forward. It's impossible to see even where the enemy fire is coming from. He feels fear like he's never known. FORWARD.

Zo, while vacationing in Las Angeles, narrowly avoids getting caught up in a hostage situation. There was a club nearby that he thought about checking out, but he skipped it because this dance club didn't have the vibe that he was looking for. Later he saw on the news that the club had been taken over by a crazed lunatic who was forcing people to scream at gunpoint for the sheer pleasure of it. Zo could have been one of those people. There are also conspiracy theories floating around that the crazy man is actually a serial killer computer program set loose on the public in an advanced android body by the government to cull the population. They can't do that can they? Is that technology even feasible? Zo decides that the moral of the story is to stay out of dance clubs.

Zo is on vacation in San Francisco and notices something peculiar while riding the bus at night. An elderly woman comes on board the bus obviously tired from a long days work. Zo notices that her thigh high stockings had slid down past her knees and the knees on this woman are boney and hairy. In fact, Zo could easily imagine that this was a man in drag, but men don't normally dress in drag as an old woman do they? Could it be that this was a man who's dressed in drag as a disguise to circumvent the divorce court system in order to surreptitiously spend more time with his children? No, that's far too implausible.

Zo is on a European vacation when he discovers a marvelous wonder: the fabled and mysterious Wonka Chocolate Factory is, for the first time in ages, inviting regular people to visit the factory. Not just anyone can go though, only those who find the invitation in the special Golden Ticket hidden in the chocolate bars worldwide. Zo has heard some incredible tales about the goings on inside the rarely visited building and the buildings owner Willy Wonka. Is Mr. Wonka is as sinister as they say? Only those who've gotten the opportunity to visit will know for sure.
