After studying Trade and Economics, Fabrizio embarked on a two-decade journey in European fashion leadership, with pivotal roles in Supply Chain and Operations for groups like Miroglio Group in France. In 2015 he joined the prestigious Eataly Group in the US, acquiring significant experience in the food and hospitality industries. Fabrizio’s trajectory continued as General Manager at the iconic NYC Downtown store, then ascending to oversee all Eataly stores across North America. He served as Director of Indirect Procurement and Facilities, contributing to its seamless operation and strategic growth. In 2023, Fabrizio joined Millesima USA, the American branch of Bordeaux-based Millesima SA, as General Manager, where he is managing the e-commerce and retail operations of the leading fine wine retailer with enthusiasm and dedication.
