Another Friday edition of the DFO Rundown is here! Today on the pod, Jason and Frank welcomed in former NHLer Jason Strudwick. He played 674 games in the NHL and a few seasons in Europe and the result is him having a lot of stories to share. He got into being teammates with the likes of Jaromir Jagr, Sean Avery, and Henrik Lundqvist. He also got into his favourite coaches from his playing career and who his favourite defensemen to watch right now are. He also talked a little bit about his media career.
