A new episode of The DFO Rundown is here! Frank and Jason started the show off by talking about Evander Kane officially joining the Edmonton Oilers.

Tyler Yaremchuk also stopped by for a new edition of Fill in the Blank, delivered by Door Dash!

They also welcomed in Hockey Hall of Famer Adam Oates. He had a tremendous playing career that spanned 19 years and saw him play with seven different NHL teams. He talked to us about his time as a player, a Head Coach, and now as a skills coach. He works with a lot of the best players in the NHL and helps them take their games to the next level. He gave us some insight into how he helps players improve on things like board battles, faceoffs, and breakouts. He also gave his take on "The Michigan". https://www.oatessportsgroup.com/
