Submit ReviewErica Courdae is a DEI consultant who was already embracing inclusivity in her business before making it her career. She is also the mother of 2 bi-racial children and shares some very personal stories of what her children have experienced already in their young lives. As adults we often deal with things we shouldn’t have to, but when it comes to children, I feel very strongly that they should be protected. Our children shouldn’t be called out for their skin color or made to feel inferior by anyone. Erica is a calming force and explains how she first and foremost holds a safe space for her children and then uses the negative instances to be teaching moments, not only for her children, but for those who need it most.
