The award-winning Victorian Pride Centre is Australia's first purpose-built centre for LGBTQIA+ communities.  Opened in July 2021, the centre is based in Melbourne's bayside suburb of St Kilda, housing a range of different queer organisations including health, youth services, arts, and even a 24-hour radio station.   For a building like this, the architectural brief wouldn't have been an easy one, given it's a space that is meant to be home for a diversity of groups whose tastes may not always be in harmony. So how did the architects rise to the challenge? Head on a tour with the building's architects, James Brearley and Grant Amon, to find out.
