TODAY: DB Sweeney, American actor with a career beginning in the 1980's. Sweeney's earliest role was Mike in a made-for-television film called Out of the Darkness, but his breakout came when he starred in Francis Ford Coppola's 1987 drama Gardens of Stone. Since then, Sweeney has starred or had supporting roles in handfuls of movies and television shows. His most famous roles since 1987 include Special Agent Dennis Grassi in C-16, Michael Whitman in Life as We Know It, and most recently as Mr. Keene in the HBO series Sharp Objects  Popcorn Talk Network, the online broadcast network that features movie discussion, news, interviews and commentary proudly presents “The Film Scene w/ Illeana Douglas”, a weekly, freewheeling discussion show where industry veteran Illeana Douglas interviews Hollywood's most important voices in TV and Film, discussing some of Cinema's most important films, scenes, and shots.
