What have you lost during the COVID-19 global pandemic? Whether it’s a loved one, a job, a house, or time with friends and family, we have all lost something.

The pandemic has caused so much loss globally and everyone is experiencing grief in one way or another. The uncertainty of what the future will be is terrifying and it’s even harder to work through our grief while experiencing isolation from quarantine.

Today’s episode is a solo episode. I wanted to create a space for us to work through our communal grief from the pandemic together. We all lost what we thought life would be like with the global pandemic, there’s no denying that. In order to move forward, we all have to acknowledge our pain, then understand the loss and name it. In today’s episode, I talk about my personal sense of loss during the pandemic, my grief recovery work with my parents, my life-changing interaction with a homeless person, and so much more.

Tune in to Episode 5 to address the grief you’re experiencing from the pandemic or any other grief that is waiting to be uncovered within you.
