Nicole Sparks wears a prosthetic arm and uses an Accessible Parking permit to help with tasks like getting groceries back to her car alone... but since registering for the permit, she says she's being harassed by strangers in the parking lot on a weekly basis... something she attributes to stigma around invisible disability.
