The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and wide receiver Chris Godwin agreed to a new three-year contract that pays the star player $40 million in guarantees over the next three seasons.

Godwin's deal helps the Bucs get under the salary cap for 2022, as does the restructuring of Mike Evans' current contract, and will impact how much the Packers have to pay Davante Adams to keep him in Green Bay.
